Admirable Stay near Union Square
excellent location comfortable beds housekeeping service
The location is excellent , providing easy access to nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable , and a large tv was available. Housekeeping services and fresh towels were provided after only one night , demonstrating great attention to detail.

excellent experience
helpful staff clean room unexpected service
I found the staff very helpful. Orion was especially friendly at check-in, answering all our questions. the room was clean and well-kept. housekeeping provided unexpected service during our short two-night stay, which i appreciated. I'm not used to such service at other hotels for brief stays.
i noticed the water volume and pressure in the shower were not ideal. improved water pressure would enhance the shower experience considerably. it was the only downside to an otherwise good stay.

the beautiful queen room included adequate space. it featured a comfortable bed. ample space was available for two suitcases.

small elevator inconvenient power outlet
The location was good , close to places I wanted to see.
THE elevator was small , barely fitting one person with luggage. My room also lacked a power outlet near the bed , THE only one was across the room. This made charging my phone inconvenient overnight.

Inconsistent Experience, Some Issues Noticed
marijuana odor unprofessional staff
The location was convenient though the valet parking worked well.
The room had a noticeable Marijuana odor during the night. It made it difficult to sleep. Staff did not seem concerned and offered little help. The response with a smirk indicated it was probably a one time thing because it was Saturday, which i found unprofessional.

comfortable bed great location warm welcome easy access
i picked this hotel based on online reviews and i am happy. the bed was super comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location is great with easy access to diners and union square. i received a warm welcome with sangria upon arrival!
the windows were paper thin, i could hear everything outside throughout the night.

the staff was friendly, service-oriented, and always smiling! one staff member assisted me with printing a package return. reception offered a welcome drink upon arrival, a little sangria to all guests at the check-in.
